German Roaches

In general, there are two methods of handling German Roach infestations. These are SPRAYING or BAITING.

For years, SPRAYING was the main method to kill roaches. But, it requires a lot of work to remove the food and dishes from your cabinets and move furniture away from the baseboards. Sprayed products require that you spray very close to the nest. And sometimes, it can be hard to know exactly where the roaches are living.

Orthene Aerosol is one product that is often used to spray into cracks and crevices around windows, light switches, etc. when you know there is a nest in the wall.

BAITING has become a popular method for roach control as more effective baits have become available. These products lure the roaches to the bait, so you only have to apply the bait close to where the roaches are seen.

Now, we have safe and effective products like Maxforce Roach Bait Gel. The Maxforce bait gels are so safe, they can be eaten and will not affect people or pets.

In layman's terms, the Maxforce baits are designed to only work on insects. People, pets, and wildlife are not affected because a mammal's digestive system breaks down the bait before it can hurt us.

So baiting provides a practically risk-free approach to pest control! The only drawback to bait is that they take a little longer to work than spraying.
