| Shipping Information
We typically ship orders using Fed Ex or UPS Ground service. Some light weight orders may be sent U.S. Priority Mail. We only ship within the United States.
All orders are shipped on the same or next business day that they are received. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the order:
When ordering 1 or 2 items, the shipping quoted in our cart will be fairly accurate. However, there could be some problems when the items ordered are either oversized, require special packing, must ship from multiple locations or cannot ship via expedited methods such as overnight air. When we encounter such orders, we will promptly contact you so that your order will not be delayed. Here are some guidelines regarding these "special situations" and what you should expect.
Oversized items such as Live Traps will usually ship by themselves. If you order a large live trap and a small lure, the lure will probably ship with the trap. But a large live trap ordered with some chemical will probably ship separately from one another.
Certain liquids require special packing and we may limit how many ship in one box. If several are ordered, we may have to break up the shipment into multiple boxes causing the actual shipping cost to be higher. We will contact you ahead of time to alert you prior to further processing should we encounter such orders.
Since we ship from many locations here in the United States, it is possible that 2 items ordered might ship from two separate locations leading to extra shipping costs. If this was to happen, we would contact you ahead of time to alert you of this issue prior to further processing of your order.
Orders that contain items which cannot ship via expedited methods, such as canned aerosols, will be limited to ground only shipments. If you submit an order which included a choice of "Overnight Air" and we cannot ship it this way, we will contact prior to further processing and alert you to the issue.
We are sorry that our shopping cart cannot provide 100% accurate shipping quotes but due to the complexity of the shipping industry, it simply is not possible. There are too many ways that items can be packed, routed and ultimately shipped making any one software solution not possible at this time. But since we are aware of the problem we make every effort to minimize any delay should a complication arise. To better serve you, we will first make every effort to promptly contact you regarding the matter and of course will offer to fully refund any amount you have paid should the shipping resolution not satisfy your needs.
7% sales tax will be added for Georgia residents.
State regulations prohibit the shipment of some insecticide concentrates to certain states or outside the lower 48 States. You will see this noted in red text under the affected products.
Federal regulations require all aerosol cans to be shipped by Ground delivery. And, they can not be sent by US mail.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy on every product we offer, with the exception of live animal traps.
Please call customer service at 770-513-8488, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
within 30 days of purchase date.

NOTE: Returns sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender. Please include a copy of your original receipt of purchase along with a detailed explanation
of why you are returning the product. Be sure to state whether you want a refund or a replacement product.
Shipping Costs
In the case of returns, only the merchandise cost will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.
In the case of exchanges the Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement products will be shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any order cancellations via email to customerservice@diypesticides.com, or call our business phone at 770-513-8488.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, Last name, Order number, and Email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out.
In the event that a cancellation is submitted (via email or phone), after your order has shipped out, you may return the order within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise cost. The original shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer assumes all shipping costs to return the merchandise to us.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturers warranty against defects. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
Customers should contact the manufacturer with any warranty claims. We will be glad to provide contact information in order to reach the manufacturer.
Out of Stock Policy
Although this rarely happens, occasionally we are temporarily out of stock. We can usually replenish our stock quickly from our manufacturers and distributors.
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If an item is found to be "Out of Stock", we will ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 business days.
If an item is determined to be unavailable for more than 2 business days, we will notify you. We will first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
