If through no fault of your own, you experience any unauthorized use of your credit card as a result of shopping with DIY Pesticides, immediately follow the notification procedures required by your credit card company. Upon confirmation of credit card fraud, if your issuing credit card company fails to waive your entire liability for unauthorized charges, DIY Pesticides will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you are only liable for the first $50 of the fraudulent charges.
