Step by Step Ordering

Shopping and placing an order on our website couldn't be easier, even if you've never made an online purchase before. Please review the simple steps below for a quick look at the process. Should you ever have a question, you can contact us via email at customerservice@diypesticides.com.

Step 1 - Choosing Products

To visit the online store, just click where you see the words SHOP ONLINE. To browse our product catalog, use the menu that appears on the left side of each page. All products are organized by pest to make finding the exact product you need very easy.

Once you find an item you wish to purchase, click either the Buy Now button, or Add To Cart button, which will place the item in your shopping cart.

You can continue to shop and place more items in your cart, or you can checkout and complete your purchase by clicking on Secure Checkout found on the menu at the top right of the page. All purchases through our online store are secured with 128 bit encryption to protect your personal information.

Note: Some State Regulations prohibit the sale and shipping of certain items. If this is the case, a Red Warning notice will appear on the product listing as shown in the image on the right. If your state is listed in the notice, please do not add this item to your shopping cart.

Step 2 - Create Account or Sign In

Once you click Secure Checkout, you will have 2 options. One is for new customers, the other is for customers that have purchased from us before.

New Customer (Create an account)

Click to set up your online account.

As a new customer we need to know a little about you. We need your name, shipping address, etc. It will only take a minute. First, provide your Name, Shipping Address and Contact Information. Then, complete the account setup by providing a password. This will allow you to check your orders online as well as make future purchases more convenient. Once your account information has been entered, you will proceed to the checkout area.

Existing Customer (Sign In)

Click to login in.

If you have shopped with us before please enter the email address and password used to setup your account. Your shipping and contact information will now be available to complete your order.

Step 3 - Secure Checkout

• SHIPPING The first screen in the checkout process shows you the Shipping Address you entered previously. Confirm that the address is correct. The shipping charges for your order are also displayed. If you have any special instructions please enter a message in the comment section provided.

• PAYMENT INFORMATION This is where you will enter your credit card information. For security reasons, we do not need keep your credit card information on file.

  Click to proceed...

• ORDER CONFIRMATION Here, you will review your complete order, all the items you purchased, prices, shipping and tax (if applicable.) Once you are satisfied that your order is correct...

  Click to complete your order.

It's that simple!

A few minutes after completing your order you should receive an email from DIY Pesticides confirming that we have received your order. You will also receive an email to notify you that your order has been shipped.
